Home away from home

For me and our youngest son it was a miracle and true blessing from practical and financial viewpoint to be able to travel to Jerusalem just one week after the covid restrictions were lifted but especially because of the family situation back home with my husband ill and partly paralysed since few years. We thank the Lord that we could stay at Beit Chai. You are all so wonderful, loving and caring!! We enjoyed also very very much the celebration of Shabat and Shavuot at the rooftop. We, me and son, both learned so much. It was a life changing experience.

Beit Chai is such an amazing place - truly a home away from home! The hosts have such amazing, humble and servant hearts and live what they believe, especially when it comes to welcoming strangers like Abraham did. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The room and facilities were very comfortable and I loved meeting new people! When you visit the Promised Land, Yah usually has an appointment with you. Where you end up staying for the duration of your time there can make it extra special. I will choose Beit Chai everytime I am in Jerusalem.
